It seems that he got HP from the kill, you can see it happened exactly same time, but it could be he typed heal before grayson spawned and bugged the timer so he wasn't freezed but that has less probability.

I have sent logs to 4k because am a witness of this report(you can see me in the video). m60 killed him with m4(according to logs) since I was not paying heed to duel I dont actually remember what happened there but from my logs I got some info according to which shary said "wait 5 minutes bla bla bla" and (maybe) went afk leaving his game open and while fghting m60 poped shary. there is a possibilty that shary was standing at some distance behind gayson thats why we can see him in the video. Actually my theory is 100% correct but I dont have anyother proof except logs..
