[Solved] Help - Can't load master list

Although I've changed the updater URL the master list still gives me error
Any help?

the problem in update link not in masterlist,
and it is a random/rare error causes when your Internet vomita a lot packets than usual
its working with me with these settings,
updater url: http://u04.thijn.ovh
masterlist: http://master.vc-mp.org

Happens with me a lot of time.
2 Steps.
1)Reinstall VCMP and Update the url or that stuff provided by zeyad.
2)Or u have changed the location of your Gta Vice City so try setting its location again from where it is.
