Useless Posts

Hi Dear Community, how are you all? I hope everyone is good. Well i'm not really connected with this community. I don't join server much and all. But i was having this thing in my head from sometime thought to post this someday so finally i'm going to talk about it today.

So coming to the topic well i noticed here on website that players post alot of useless things to increase their posts. I'm against these useless posts like if someone has posted an Admin Application, why others are posting in that Admin Application? Obviously it's the Admins/Managements etc votes which does counts to make someone Admin. I see no point why others are posting replies like Good Luck and Bad luck.

These kind of replies can start war/insult/fights on the topic like what if a normal player is saying someone bad luck and someone gets offended from him, and then insulting fighting etc. So what i want here Useless posts much be stopped here. I am giving one more example a person is posting a topic to transfer his stats. Why normal players are spamming that topic by Good Luck? That's how they increase their posts? It's totally useless.

It's totally fine to post your views and have a bit arguement on suggestions etc. You know very well which place is fine for these kind of arguements/debates/replies and which is not. So i hope you understood what i'm trying to say and this system which is here at the moment gets Removed.

PS: I hope i posted in right section i was a bit confused where should i post in suggestions or what. But anyways i thought lets post here.

I think it is not really a important thing to know who i'm but still i think it's good if i give a bit introduction of myself. Well i know this community from pretty much time, i'm just not connected with it much. I know about this server when i use to play VC-MP very much for that we have to go back more years like 2014 2013 2012 etc etc. But in 2016 i was in touch with this community a bit.

My name could be different in past, maybe i don't even remember the old things. But Muaaz is my real name so i like this and it's better if you guys call me Muaaz as it's my real name. I hope this information is enough. Anyways i'm still waiting for Admins/Owners/Management/Head etc replies on this topic.

Does it really matter if we increase our posts? I don't give a crap about "who has the highest among everyone" even though we don't earn or win nothing & wishing luck means you hope good things will happen to them, and that any conflicts they have will resolve happily. Furthermore, it illustrates that these players show caring to the applicant or reporter & give them confidence that they'll achieve. Based on arguments/debates/fights, the only thing we argue the most is clans & I don't really understand why they take gaming seriously. The anonymity of the web mixed with the human need to be right is a terrible combination. I bet most of us wouldn’t have the nerve to speak to people in real life the way we do online. It is so easy to forget that the person we are arguing with has real feelings, it’s also more tempting to be obnoxious when you know the other person can’t punch you on the nose. If people behaved in the real world the way they do online, we’d be in a constant state of war.

No offense, but this atleast keeps the forum alive. Even if spamming is annoying yes or not (for you mainly) , atleast is a sign of the forum activity, nubs. Just look in EC, VU (joke forum), or any other forums that you don't see activity. This is the most active forum I could ever find in VCMP.

Additionally, we don't have anyone other than Angel who can ban forum members. The option is only for forum administrators and Angel only made himself. The maximun we moderators can do is just delete posts and it's tedious if you consider the amount of spam.

Rather than spam, I would want to ban the people on forum who provoke fights and always insulting others like kids and generally negative minded people, but unfortunately I can't.

Now coming on the topic, so according to some people by doing this kind of spam we are showing that forum is active, showing we care for each other right? Lol that's too funny i'm not even kidding don't mind. I have been in big communities (not trying to praise myself) but if we see such useless posts on a forum of some community who have a good reputation it really looks weird lol and also childish.

I already have seen how people start wars here by commenting and some of them use different languages so many of times people don't pay attention to it. I'm aware there is alot of Pakistani/Indian People. Many admins are Pakistani/Indian here though but still trust me guys i feel this community deserves a change and it should look professional. It looks like a site where players spamming posts and useless useless useless what kind of website you have it's you have internet so you will post whatever you like? LOL

I don't want to hurt anyone just look at any big community the chances of such things are very less, people lock the topics the forum mods are very strict in these things, they even have these things as rules like "Avoid useless replies and like -1 bla bla" it's like forum is getting spammed and i don't think it looks good from any angle.

Well in your case 4k i think about banning people on forums yeah i agree, you are head admin right? i think you are head-admin so if you are Head-Admin yeah why not. It's not peice of cake to be Head-Admin i guess. I hope the owners do trust you too i feel so no harm if they give you the power to ban people on forums it's totally cool. You are Head-Admin not some server moderator/admin.



Try to see these things yourself not all are i think 12 10 here so those who are 18+ atleast see the things how's the system here. Why i said these things? The reason is very simple i do think this Vks have a name in VC-MP. It deserves a more better place and also it should look more professional.

Well, forum admins have basically full control on the forum and they can do anything, even delete the forum. Even guys Angel trusts more than me get maximum moderator rank. I'm head admin ingame, but on forum just a moderator.

I think the fault would be in the forum software, if we use a more modern forum software then we could customize groups and even be able to give the ban power to moderators.

why man, I m saying maviz, I think you are thinking that I m saying you.

the thing is that 90 % of the forum users post stuff like good luck and congratulations in administrative topics. our moderators could delete those replies, but they cant really punish the user. implemeting these rules now will just mean more work for angel and more work for everyone on the forum.

to me these types of spams are harmless. wishing someone good luck is not technically spamming here. but if you do see any spam you should pm VK.Angel.OfDeath or Chuck Norris. they dont actively look for spam, but they check out any users that get reported (through PM).

if any users needs to be banned as i said, report it to angel. we do not give out bans very often, this is a friendly environment were people can just have fun, we dont want to ban someone unless we really have to.

Well rainbow you said it will increase the work for angel and others, yeah it will and that's understanble. If you want to change the system and remove this current childish/useless posts etc you have to be strict. Otherwise how it will happen?

Trust me go in any community obviously a community who have some name i'm talking about it. If a community who have a name and his condition is like this it looks so weird. I feel VK's have a name in VC-MP it deserves much more then how it is. It should be more professional the forums, the staff etc. The Staff i felt is good already though. I have done chat before too with Admin 4k i find him really mature and good human being.

So yeah it's very simple to create something new, you must first destroy something old. If you add these forum rules and mods/admins be more strict in their jobs and if these useless posts doesn't happen on the forum. This place will be more peaceful and there will be less drama and it will look more professional trust me. Yeah it will be not easy to handle everything but trust me it's a good idea.

That's what i hate and i clearly gave my idea of changing things. But seems they have a bit different mindset of doing things, anyways atleast for now maybe they will stick to how it is i feel.
