Fix evade rule will be removed soon as it's not needed. Using fix just to put a fire out from a vehicle is not considered fix evading and other then that you can't fix evade due to the timer for /fix. So all fix evade cases should be denied unless players are using a bug exploit to bypass the fix timer which I haven't seen of yet.

Who is gonna need that long thing after we make Mukesh Hack Pack v_4.5 to public (which isnt gonna happen) and plus, many people prefer using the 2012 trainer, which does the same thing much more easily (but not as good as Mukesh ofc)

Well, I disagree with that rule too. It should be removed asap. But until that don't do the fix evade.

Breaking Rules: It's good for not letting happen evades.
For fun: It's not good for other players who doesn't break rules and it's sux. Freeze will make players boor. So, it's better not add freeze.
