[Denied] Suggestions

Hello everyone,
(1) I know this might not be a such good suggestion, but what about if we can change our skin (unless if your HP is under 50) to a custom or unused one in any team? Of course speaking about custom skins this means that you can choose any actual free custom skin or the ones you bought from the /zone.
The command it could be this: /changeskin <ID>

NOTE: You can change your skin to another existent one in spawning only that is in YOUR TEAM or any other skins that weren't added to the spawning side.

(2) What if we can go back to the spawning side while you're alive. Much alike you don't have to kill yourself to go back to the spawning sides or reconnect to lose your score.
And by this, it should look like this: /spawnside and about the timer to bring you to the spawnside it can be the same one as /goto.

(3) Remove the "wait to shot for 4-3 secs". Seriously, this one is really annoying, mainly in rush situations or in duels. It switches you back to the empty side instead and you can get killed easily due to the waiting timer to shot once you just used /wep.

I hope you understood what I mean.

-1 for 1 and 3. +1 for 2nd one. But it must be on timer, you can't do /spawnside and teleported to there. You need to wait at least 3 seconds to make things fair. As you know players are master at evades. Anybody can evade via that command. So, in-short, only +1 for the 2nd one if added with timer rather -1 for all.

Where did he write that there will be no timer?

I agree with #1, #2 is impossible to script based from my knowledge unless we remake it using cameras, & spawning side function alike CTF (I believe), & #3 has several reasons why we kept after some debating so I'll probably disagree unfortunately.

1st : +1

2nd : Players would abuse this command as death evade. -1

3rd : It has been added due to an abuse of script bug (which is against the rules). -1

1: +1, it would be nice if you can change to the skins only for team, so you will not see a tommy vercertti in beige team, etc.

2. +1 it's an awesome idea, sometimes when i rejoin it just crash my game and i dont want do /kill because my stats, but i have to, just to change skin, that's really annoying so this idea is really awesome.

3: +1 remove that thing, its not necesary anymore -.-

1) no he doesnt like it. he divided the team based on color and skin. having the same skin in two differnet team is not something he wants.
2) spawnside = spawn screen? not really something we want to do, many risks with evading and that something goes wrong.
3) people were using /wep for slide glitches, you have to use /wep while you are not in combat now.

so all suggestions are unfortunately denied, but thanks for the suggestions, i hope you understand.
