Can you provide ping and fps? To make 100% sure. Otherwise, I'm 90% sure he did HP hack.

340 Ping.
I can kill him Because,
HP hacks have a bug, if they shoot fall then use any weapon (M4), he will die.
In video, he told "AFK" but not AFK, u can see video again.

Well, Fps 30 and ping 340 = lagger. Anyways, did he said he was AFK? If so, then proof logs. If you can proof the logs that he said it. Then admins can take this report as a evade report.
