[Denied] FPS Limiter

Dear Angel, can you please set a FPS rate in the server, around 20 fps to 60.1202 will do fine. Like the ping FPS also affects gameplay and some players in VKS are playing with PCs from the year 1923. Example below.

There should be a 70+ fps kicker. If any one use 3rd party programs to get 60+ or some one gets 60+ fps normally thats why the limit should be 70+ fps should be kicked automatically by server.

Reason: They use a software called Vice City Utility Tool
which allow them to decrease their moment speed which affect the user fps and it get below 15.
that's why we are unable to kill these to fps laggers. kindly add a system which have a limit for fps from 20 FPS to 60.1202
also don't allow 20 FPS player to DM

I mean.
Current FPS : 60.1202
Current game Speed : 169
If I am using Utility tool hack and I set my game speed to 150 or 163 or below 165
It will slow my game which will be easy for me to kill players. Players will think I'm a FPS lagger when I'm not.
My gameplay will be too smooth . No Lag.

and it's a Unfair advantage.
thats why I said pls don't allow to DM to those player who have FPS below 20.
After that If anyone uses utility tool He will not be able to DM as well

When you used slow speed gear in past then your gameplay was looking smooth in my screen too and it also made my movements slow a little. So there is a difference between slow speed gear and low FPS.

When you used slow speed gear in past then your gameplay was looking smooth in my screen too and it also made my movements slow a little. So there is a difference between slow speed gear and low FPS.

You did not checked my FPS at that time. that Tool made made my FPS below 15
