I feel like starting an exchange for converting US$ (through PayPal or some cryptocurrency) to VK$. How many VK$ do you want to get for every US$? (reasonable price pls :c)

not a good idea really, instead I recommend to exchange us$ with vk. tokens like
1usd = 100 vk tokens
and make usefull stuff purchasable with vk tokens
