Rulebreaker (in-game name): iNs.duke
Date and time of Rulebreaking: today now
What did he do? Describe please: he scam me half months ago he took 4m from me and make me 8 prop veh shared owner and today he say to me that donate 1.7 m to iNs clan i donate then he delete me from his prop veh shared owners and now he is not giving me 4m and 1.7 m and ignoring me. he is a scammer a want to be a admin! he was my friend but he dissapointed me!

Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): KMr.xander, ZA4H, geogeo and i think iNs.maviz and Halo

First of all there is no evidence showing Duke scammed your 4m or you failed to provide logs where he kept some demands like rent period and stuff.
Like Duke said, 4m was for 7 prop car share which is for 3 months and the video log shows 1.7m was a clan donation which can't be withdrawn for your personal uses, if Duke refuses to continue sharing 7 prop cars for given time feel free to re report with solid evidence, denied.
