Date and time of Rulebreaking: Today, about 30 minutes ago.
What did he do? Describe please: He was shooting in ctf while game hasn't started.

Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names): Geogeo, wild_hunter, and many others.

In my opinion,she is still unaware of server rules.Why don't you guys tell her that she should read the rules first?
