Most of all admins already told you to give ping and fps's screenshots on those cases. Without screenshot i can't say it's a valid proof. As the player when was moving was same as lag does. So, provide ping and fps.

pavo,i don't know what's wrong with you first in the duke report when you told me did you saw what duke did and after i reported him,you came there with a reply ohh he might have done it by mistake i don't have any fps or pings screen shot right now somethings don't need fps or pings or leave it's upto to admins they can figure it out better
