Date and time of Rulebreaking:01.05.2018
What did he do? Describe please:he's been using some 3rd party apps to modify his fps while you can ask MAx PAyne as well, few days before when franky was in duel with me he had 24 or 30 then his fps jumps to 40 then 29 it was like that and today he was dueling grayson and wtf look at his pings :V

I've been allowed to report everyone, and listen Sir before saying you're the guy that reply to my everysingle report when you're not even mentioned so it's also consider as a spam,and basically you can get FPS in game 60.1202 check franky Fps 61.0376 don't you see the difference

i didn't fight him today, i was just going through checking fps randomly typed /fps frank at first i thought maybe server bugged then i again did /fps franky and it was still 61 as you can see in ss and ask max payne i dueled him,few days before and his fps were too low even maxpayne noticed that so how in the world he had 61 fps today he's been modifying his fps
