What did he do? Describe please:speed gear his speed wasn't normal check the videos he had 30 fps how the heck he can move faster than me

He has changed his speed to 1.113 through speed gear or maybe he was switching fast and sliding .

Geogeo, think about this moment. We had discussed this from previous reports about "players using speed-gear". To solve this matter easily, I've two conclusions that will prove that he didn't use any sort of program to gain his movement speed: first of all, you were at prop 100, correct? Don't you know that the platform in prop 100 is buggy so movement speed will increase slightly. The second is, of course like Mr.Alone mentioned, it's perfect c-bug helped dodge your shots easily. Due to desync, from your point of view displays that he was moving faster than you although you were slower than him/her. That wraps things up and I'm definitely sure my reasoning explains your issue.
