I don't keep chat logs. Unless they're kept automatically somehow? I don't know, if they do, I'd be happy to share them or help in any other way possible as I'm 100% certain about my innocence.

But let me just say that this is a reversal of the universal right to remain 'innocent until proven guilty'. The onus of proof should be on the accuser. Otherwise I can find 2 secs-long vids OF ANYONE who is just fixing their vehicle, then cut it off, claim that they left afterwards and get them to then prove they're not elephants. Why did Shose's vid finish there? He obviously didn't teleport away just yet, and nor did he have any reason to leave the scene (no enemy). Moreover, if he thought that I was doing something wrong he should have stayed another 3-4 secs to prove his case. Because if I moved before the 10secs period that's the longest he'd have to record to prove his point. But he didn't. Even though he was recording which proves he had the intention to catch some wrongdoing of mine and since he couldn't, he opted to fabricate this (not a surprise really, given that he constantly abuses me in-game), instead.

How long where you banned? Why the hell is fix evade still a thing, I thought we removed that like 6 months ago. Gonna try to get the rules updated.

Chatlogs are automatically saved whenever you join a server. It's located through: Right click the Windows button, click "Run" & type "%appdata%". Then, navigate the VCMP folder, 0.4, serverlogs, and find the folder with the VKs server IP address/port (46.105.184.128:8194). Once you make it there, navigate the chatlog on that day you "fix evaded".

Which, if this is taken as fix evasion, is kinda fair given that I've done it in the past (I didn't know that fix evasion wasn't allowed, ofc I wasn't warned as many times as the rules provide for but wtv), only it wasn't. I agree with you on the rules, too, but I guess that's for another place and for other people to decide :/

According to the rule you need to be verbally warned at least once or twice, after that you need to be warned, kicked and then banned. I would say 3 times the first time and 7 the second time.

Arnold's response is shocking even if I didn't have access to the above evidence. I'm asking the other staff members, is this considered acceptable behaviour? I take time to explain how I'm being accused of something with basically no evidence, I ask questions that -in my opinion- uncover the motives of this report, and all the admin has to say was to point to a random post where Shose, obviously motivated by his obsession with me, accused me even of things that aren't rule-breaking?

My bad was I didn't record it completely, but I started recording when his bike was burning, it didn't take 10 seconds.

Yes, this drive-by king most of the time in-game evades via using /fix cmd while riding a bike. As he's skills less he always uses a bike to get kills and sprees so he most of the time evades via /fix, when his bikes start burning he uses /fix so it stops burning and he go far away and do again /fix for ten seconds so he's bike repaired properly. I was unable to record due to some software issues.
As we all know that when the vehicle starts burning as we will use /fix cmd, it will stop burning though we moves from our position or not. Use your common sense Arnold's haters. I know Arnold very well, he's a nice guy, a good friend as well as a skillful admin.

So, basically, Dexter is a bad guy because 2 known haters (that, btw, have made false reports against me in the past) say so, well, we also have a vid of him that DOESN'T prove ANY wrongdoing, but that should be enough for a 1 week ban. Amirite? Seriously, if this ban isn't repealed this will be a shameful day for this server & it will set a dangerous precedent. When, one day, all of you liars will become the victims of this institutionalised injustice and get victimised it won't be funny at all but then it'll be too late and you'll only have yourselves to blame. If you are for decency and fairness, stand up with me, even if we're enemies in-game. I'd do the same for you. Peace out, conos.

Check the video, someone shot a rocket on him & he did /fix to evade the explosion, no matter he moved from his place or not. Video shows everything clearly.
I want any higher level admin response so I can deny this appeal because spammers are taking place.

If you remain in your position till the bike is fully fixed it's not evasion, numerous people do this. Even Shose who made the report understands this. Jesus

That's not right. Fix evasion is when after using /fix you move regardless of the bike is on fire or not. I've seen staff do it and, in any case, if it were wrong the rule would have to specify it, but it doesn't. Anyway, it doesn't matter any more. I'll quit VKs for a good while. @Shose You did the right thing. It's clearly what the rules saids, no matter whether if the rulebreaker is still moving or not, he's still evading the death from the explosion. @DexterMorgan If you witness admins or players doing it, then a report would've been preferred.

I provided evidence that shows that I stayed there for the full 10 seconds (and, in fact, longer) until my bike was fully fixed. That's the rationale of my (and practically everyone's) interpretation of the rules: 'if you stay there till your bike is fixed it's not fix evasion'. If you're in combat, you obviously won't make it if you're standing still for 10secs+ but that's obviously not the case here. In fact, I didn't even have to prove it, I just went the extra mile to make perfectly clear how unjust my ban was. It is those who accuse me and/or take action on the accusation that have to prove that there was an active combat at the time I used /fix or thereafter.

Useless unban appeal your ban will expire after 2 or 1 day anyways.

Yeah, but I'm mad with how this turned out. It was a matter of principle. I will issue my own ban for this server for Dexter for a minimum of 3 weeks. Adios and feliz año nuevo, perros!

However, that player who blew up your bike made both of you in combat though.

Crying and making stories won't bring you unban.
