@admins i'm sorry i didn't really read the rules regarding wall-glitch, and i had not slightest idea it isn't allowed since many peoople, like him ^ for example, do it alot in the game.
and yes i've been warned on second attempt, because i didn't know that it is not allowed, and maxpayne didn't tell me on my 1st attempt anything, and then, valdis recorded the first one ( maxpayne didn't warn me, he warned me AFTER).

Hackers like him don't deserve to play VC-MP. How can he say he don't know server rules. He's quite old in VKs. He's now playing in VKs to destroy our environment and peace.

And your answer: Mate, it's VCMP not GTA V Online, it's years old game and not developed by the official GTA developers, ofc there are bugs and glitches in the game. You are more familiar with bugs and glitches as you're more active ingame than me then how are you asking this question? As I said, he used the sphere to glitch in wall and he even accepted his mistake.

Also, if he is such a big rule breaker then you shouldn't have any issues with catching him again doing wallglitch and reporting him to get banned. You know that he realized his mistake and won't do it again so you're arguing with me to get him banned this time.

Your video shows he's inside the wall, but it doesn't show how he went in the wall. If you could show that then it would prove if it was glitch or hack.

First of all, after analyzing the proof, he wasn't wallhacking, but only wallglitching with the sphere. On 2nd offense rules state a kick and since he's already been banned for some hours then he has faced his punishment. Also he has apologized and confessed in this unban request so I'm requesting admins to unban him as I'm away from PC.

And your answer: Mate, it's VCMP not GTA V Online, it's years old game and not developed by the official GTA developers, ofc there are bugs and glitches in the game. You are more familiar with bugs and glitches as you're more active ingame than me then how are you asking this question? As I said, he used the sphere to glitch in wall and he even accepted his mistake.

Also, if he is such a big rule breaker then you shouldn't have any issues with catching him again doing wallglitch and reporting him to get banned. You know that he realized his mistake and won't do it again so you're arguing with me to get him banned this time.

Valdis, you should calm down. Arguing won't solve anything. Anyways, thanks to Max, I've discovered a bug of how HunTinG got inside & it wasn't the sphere. It was located in an odd place but it kind of explains how he got inside.

The thing is he used to play in other servers like EC which are very strict with rules and EC players find VKs a more lenient as it allows many things that EC doesn't which is why he thought it's allowed. He even apologized and said he won't do it again and you know he can't get away with it again saying the same thing that he didn't know.

Even if he knew it still doesn't make a difference because whether it is intentional or mistake, 2nd offense is a kick not ban. And about wallhack, I'm waiting for him to send me the vid showing the glitch.

If he wants to keep it a secret he can, he only needs to convince the admin dealing with ths unban request that he's innocent, not the whole public.

He has shown me how it's possible without wallhack, but I'm not going to reveal the video or disclose any info of that glitch as it's his request to keep it a secret. He'll be warned for 2nd offense wallglitch, next time will be tempbanned. As for this unban appeal, it'll be accepted since he didn't hack and got the punishment for 2nd offense wallglitch.
