Why did you played in another PC although you should be aware that playing another PC will prevent the ban? Why should we trust you?

You don't deserve it, you have ban-evaded many times and never learn from your mistakes.
Do a new unban request in the beginning of 2018 with a long and proper one and we will think about unbanning you.
