Date and time of Rulebreaking: Today, few minutes ago.
What did he do? Describe please: He uses artificial lag, i saw it many times but thought something else but now it's happening much so i think it's artificial lag. I am shooting him but he is not getting knocked and he is moving like lagging but his ping is 175 and mine is 211 so that's impossible check my shots on him.

Possibly he may be using VPN which is snowing false ping and that isn't against rules.

He does not use artificial lag his fps are low that's why you can't knock him down,i also thought that it's some trick or hacks but when i checked his fps,his fps were too low between 25 to 20,even onetime his fps went to 16

Asshole IK his trick, he use VPN + frame limmiter on, he told me about it so stop bieng a tard + over efficient

it was 36-45 impossible lag with that like this.

He probably used a VPN [ which helps a player to reduce his ping which is only shown in value of some digits but the lag remains same ] or his fps dropping,
In the artificial lag programs a person is supposed to warp hard but Rule isn't warping here.
although this happens some times as it happened with me and [ON]Edward^ today with Feveron and me also, probably because of less ping difference but high FPS droppings.
