[Denied] suggestion- death evade

well,recently some of users doing death evades in way,that server rules don't count it as a evade so I'd like @admins to look to it and decide
#1,if you're killing someone and lower their hp to 20 or 10 and they'll start running and they throw there self in the water and after drowned in the water then they msg you " hahahahaha" why isn't that counted as a evade,it should be counted as a evade
#2,well if player is hp is lowered and you goto him he uses rocket against you,survive the first rocket and having 10 or 20 hp then they user fire another rocket with him/herself killing both of us and getting kill,shouldn't that be counted as a death evade
#3,same goes with the grenades with normal grenades it's not possible but with remote grenades it is,well tele to someone or while in combat they throw rem grenades at you and both falls down after getting up they throw another grenade and kills both of us .-. same as rocket evade
#4if we're fighting with some one the roof as I've noted it many times lower down the hp of a player and he jumps from the roof and does a death evade :/
#5,user rytatke is doing mostly this evade goto him lower his hp and then he'll run keep going after him and then suddenly he re-connects his game.
P;s i just suggested the rules to admins to look for it and decide it,nothing else :X

All of are useless you have time until he jumps or whatever you've said. Mate, it's the fun that you almost killed him but jump over

I've put it on the list so all admins see and decide it and I've told it's just suggestion :X and without every one support i think it's not possible to be implemented

I agree that drown evading, "Jump to the Death" evade should be considered as a suicide evade, alike using /kill in middle of combat. I don't agree with #2 & #3 as well (it's considered as TP-bait :X). Suggestion #5 is an existing evasion alike to death evade via /q so we'll scratch that off the list.

2 and 3 are just dumb.

#6,while killing some one he/she /gotoloc and pause the game death evade successfully
#7,user lin is doing it all the time low her hp and she type /zone :XX
I'll be updating the the suggestion as I see more ways of death evading :X
