What did he do? Describe please:As i have heard of hacks in which player does not fall,same happened in the video when i shot maypayne he did not fall but lose 80% hp and for few seconds he did not lose his remaining hp but he died after third shot,its not the first time i watched maxpayne doing this,most times when i shot him he did not falls,same happened few times but unfortunately i did not catch him so this time i thought it could happen again and i had started the video and caught him this time.

It's desync bug, in his screen he was fallen while in your he was standing and shooting. It triggered due to lag along with him attempting slide while you shot him. So your first shot missed him in his screen as he was down and you shot in mid, second shot hit because he was getting up in his screen and so your shot hit him as he was getting up.
