Date the bug occured:11.22.2017
The command the bug belongs to:prop
Description of the bug:well,today i tried to add new road in the prop all editing keys were working except num 7 and num 9 i can't rotate the object position as you can see in video all f1 keys are working and f2 keys are also working when it comes to f3 all arrow keys work and alll numpad keys worked except num 9 and num 7 .-.

Be sure to check if you have numlock on.

Yeah and are u using mouse from your keyboard .If yes turn mouse settings off from Ease of Access .
