As i am stable with my studies n other works in my life , so i have decided to start playing VCMP again , but a major problem is that , i have tried everything from VCMP to GTA , from re-install GTA to re-install windows 7 but GTA crashes when ever i try to connect a server through VCMPbrowser. I have got the rid of VCMPbrowser crashing but GTA crash is just making me angry 
Windows 7 , 32bit Professional.
So help me if u guyz want me back in VKs

To Be Honest , i don't know , what r GTA mods n how do they work or where to get them , my frnd gave me a link to download GTA vice city n i downloaded it , but it is normal Vice City , i tried re-install n re-download but it didn't work :/

The only help i can give is the most basic:
1. Re-install vc-mp. Check so you installed it at the right place.
2. Re-install GTA vice city.
3. Download another copy of the game.

1) Government based on active members n helpers will be made.
2) I'll be active in-game n on forum , as i use to be in past.
3) And i guess due to my activity in-game , new players get attracted to VKs maybe.
4) Events will be held in-game n on forums.
( NO Offense or Personal issues , so don't be angry guyz
)

As a simple tip, get a new hdd (or if you are rich, ssd), install windows xp (not really xp is shit youd better go for vista) and install it in your computer. I use it on Windows 7 32bit Ultimate but It will work on professional too because my brother uses professional and he plays it too.
