You have not been banned for hacking, but for rule breaking.
Death Evading; if you close your game by using the main menu (esc) or by /q after or before a death while being in combat and the server doesn't register it, you will be punished for being a death evader. The punishments for death evading is getting a warning on the first offense, getting a tempban on the second offense.Or Minimizing your game by pressig start button.

The main point is that you still continue to death evade even though you promised, based on your previous unban appeals, that you never will never break any rules again.

LOL, he was banned before for stole money from account, he did apologize and said that he will not do it anymore, and he's doing it again, and get wrong ban for that reason again.
