Yea It also happens with me but this isn't any hacks it just of having low ping or with a lagger.

When you are throwing grenade, there is small animation between your hand and your grenade after you threw that. But If you jumped after you had threw that bombs, you would cancel the animation. In this case, Valdis did that. that why he could throw double grenades at a time.
Bonus : You can throw 3 grenades at a time with that trick too.
