My suggestion is: I'll do /setcostlevel <level> <cash> so others can buy the level. Add a command like /sellcustomprop <player/id> <cash> So server will send that player that 'Looking for a beautiful property? Krlozz offers you to buy his property id: +idofproperty+
Add a command like /donateproperty (Custom property ID)
These are 3 suggestions


note: angel got the idea for property upgrades and property cash here. so the suggestion is accepted.

I don't find it why set an amount of money just to receive an level. However, I do agree about selling properties with an amount by the user. + sin(pi/2).

-1 for all and -9999999 for custom property selling as the custom property keeps our name and if you leave vcmp your name will still be there in your custom property of vks.
