Date and time of Rulebreaking:Today
What did he do? Describe please:Death evade.He evaded 4 or 5 times in the game i warned him not to do death evade but he did not listen to me i told him its not alllowed but still he was evading and after evading 4 or 5 times i started video and caught him three more times.He even said"I WILL COMMIT SUCIDE BUT WILL NOT GET KILLLED BY YOU" as you can see in the screenshot.(in my recent report i wrote "BAN EVADE" instead of "DEATH EVADE" so iam sorry for that,it was my mistake,and that report was denied by KURUMI) and KURUMI wrote"To clarify this report, their isn't such a violation of drown evade"
In my other report same thing happened and ADMIN 47 banned that player.Check it here

The rules doea not indicate if the player attempts to drown. It must've been an misunderstanding based on the "47 ban someone" theory.
