I'll believe you this time that you didn't evade bevause even if you changed your UID you didn't do it in the intention of ban evading since you didn't know you'd be banned. And as you can see 5K posted proof that Bird was insulting multiple people and so I gave him a final warning and next time ban, instead of you using that nick, you could've just reported with evidence. Also next time be aware to not use offensive nicks. You will be unbanned tomorrow morning since you just got banned today and should face at least a day tempban punishment.
