My view to insulting/abusing is that if the victim feels hurt (not physically) then he is insulted/abused

And knowing Yuri, he is a little sensitive at these matters so he might have felt hurt by it

There were some other comments that might have also hurt him, but he didn't take any screenshots of them

Jackes had also said to him: Learn English (might have hurt yuri)
And he was acusing Yuri of death evading

Yuri wasn't death evading, he was just running away which isn't death evading
Death evading is when you use a command or pause/exit your game

To Yuri: Yuri you are a level 5 admin, and Angel can't ban someone for insulting it can be dealt by you also in game. Since you were the one who might have been hurt from Jackes comments you could have warn/kick him.

As I remember, if you type !rules ingame, you will not see wallglitching in a list of miscondutcts. But for this "shut up" you can quite give him a warning.

Guys come on stop it.... it is unnecessary to make a report about one person insulting you one time. What do you guys want me to do ban someone for saying shut up once?

Report denied. You guys can kick people like this, as much as you want. You don't have to post a report unless they are not stopping.
