[Closed] Jailbreak CMD

I think it is essential to have a jail break command if we have a jail command.
I feel it is unfair for players who are jailed because they have no chance of escape.
And because of this people leave the server because they don't want to play somewhere where they are stuck in jail for commiting a crime.

The jailbreak cmd should not work all the time
If it fails it should say jailbreak failed please try again in 1/2 minutes

I know this might be in many other servers, but I think it is important here otherwise the police won't be able to work because whenever we jail someone we lose players because they have no chance to get out of jail.

but i think angel is to lazy to do it :p
and it's not within my power to accept it(actualy it is but angel is the only who can implement it)
