well i really dont know if its a bug or something scripted by angel but i was funny and at the same time rare .-.

i added an npc on my prop (wich is located in docks), then i deleted it, it said about exit my prop, then i did exit, then i started walking around while chatting with some guys, but when i was walking i saw an npc walking around Xd, it was funny how it did move, but the idiot me did not recorded it, just killed him :c

You can spawn them in custom properties /addpropnpc. They won't attack anyone in world 1, because they are not supposed to interfere with the DMing (at least not in world 1), in properties it's up to the owner.
