[Closed] New Taxi Activity

I am really happy to see my suggestion of the real passangers for the taxi was included in the patch

One more thing I would like to add to that is that when someone picks someone up it should automatically ask the passanger where to and he should be able to use the command /c to (Place name)

Once he does this the driver should get the name of the place
And when the driver gets this information he should use a command like /c startmeter to start the meter of the money

It should be shown at the bottom right of the screen of both players showing how many meters covered and how much the cash is so far

The meter shouldn't be $/second, it should be $/meter or distance
Then once the driver reaches the place he should use this command: /c drop (because /c dropoff is already used so I don't think it can be used here)
Once he does this the passanger must be freezed and must use this command:
/c paytaxi

And once he has done this he is unfreezed

I know admins can use unfreeze to free themself, but if another admin sees this he must report to the forum and that admin should be punished for this

The point of adding the real passenger to the taxi activity was for roleplaying. Sure I could script everything. But it wouldn't be realistic. In real life you call the taxi (!calltaxi in the server) and you talk to the driver to tell him where you wanna go and then exit the taxi at any point and pays the driver.

You can do all of that with the use of !calltaxi, /c talk and !givecash.

That is possible, but that isn't scripted yet

Although it is realistic, I don't think it will prevent people from not paying
In real life people mostly pay, but in here I don't think they will pay

About the meter: it is not something I want to script, since I feel it could be replaced by just plain old roleplay + every server has it.

And the only server I have seen with the taxi meter is res' server

It is not something I wanna waste time on + it is not worthy of my time at the moment. I have seen it on every roleplaying server, it is nothing new.
