2nd videos not clear but he came back it means that was also a evade and he didn't let me to kill him.

Duke, your first video shows that, that guy actually evaded, but second video you didn't show that when you fall him down, maybe he's afk from past minutes? So according to your 1 video a warn is enough, as it was a first time he evaded.
