Rulebreaker (in-game name):Rock_Star
Date and time of Rulebreaking:15 September 2017, about half an hour ago.
What did he do? Describe please: I challenged him to a friendly duel in property ID 47. The first 3-6 rounds seemed pretty decent to me, but then he paused his game for a while and when he came back, his game speed increased. His fps is low, but his ping is just 169, so it can't be lag. He certainly used a game speed modifier tool.

Players who witnessed the violation (in-game names):JaxX, although he probably thought it was just lag,

His frame limiter was turned on,so definitely he would wrap.
But admins 6+ have to investigate about it by testing the gameplay mode with 30+ FPS and 60+ FPS to find out the difference of running speed.

His fps was 25-30 all along, like even before he started going super fast.

That speed is not natural whether it is 30 or 60 FPS. In my opinion he's using a tool to modify game speed, in other words he's using hacks.

You remember The Speed Hack That I gave you. He was Using that I dont know my which friend has leaked it. But He may changed his speed to 172 or 164.
and If You Dont Understood. I can Show you a Example

That's exactly what I'm talking about, no need for example as I've already tested it and understood as much as I could about it. And this hack isn't that rare that you're talking about leak, this hack may not be that common, but it's not rare at all.

I can solve the report, but it's not my job. Level 6-7 have to deal with it. Anyways, I'm not near my PC, if I was I might've solved the report.
