woah that is very long story, MTA , VCMP , SAMP , ... are based on the same shit SCM injecting, PizzaDox team ofc u know it that team that create vc pizzadox trainer and so on , one of them: Keyman maybe keymen :v created VCMP core that was intentionally was for SAMP, named after that Vice City Players[VCP] (old name of vcmp repository), any way keyman went for SAMP and left the opened source of VCP repo, then some modders worked on that mod to release VCMP 0.1.b (actually was fucked version), any way after version 0.1.c vcmp became closed source , and went with a vcmp team , Kalcor and bakasan and some another devs and went through big development , i have small video for vcmp 0.2 and it was really noob sync xd
SAMP team helped until 0.3 until some shit happened between them, then they teamed with LU team (gta 3 multiplayer mod) and made 0.4 and what is about VCMP 0.5 is possible i can say that VCMP will be like MTA:VC/III it died in 0.5 and vcmp too and all of that because one reason that VCMP is not open sourced also the devs are lazy tards :v
