Hi guyz. im inactive in server from 2 month because [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] im facing this problem, i this didnt get any solution some member said reinstall window. i reinstall update & window still same error Sad. im worried about my road car, did they already deactivate? if is not please do not deactivate it because i waste my time on it. if someone has solution pls reply me Sad

well as far as i observed your problem the solution is use ultrasurf (VPN) download it f3om filehippo.com and directly run it after it connects try to launch the game.

As i know, I think it's your VCMP problem or Vice city's problem. Please try to reinstall clean Vice city and VCMP and don't add mods otherwise it will get crash might. If you get successful by this solution please notify me.

ok if you a clean vice city and the problem isnt with DNS and your vcmp browser is loading other servers properly then IDK how to fix it
