there has been many problems today caused by mistakes. they have been hard to fix. i have spent hours ingame trying to solve most of them. im very sorry if ignored your call for help ingame. i was very busy trying to deal with so many things at the same time.
please go a head and send me a pm if you want my help with something else. im going offline now and cant promise if i will be back until tomorrow.

It's alright, Rainbow. I know how you feel. It's basically the same as if you were an regular administrator. We are doing are very best to solve many player's issues. Next time when many players are requesting you help, ask them politely to ask you a question one person by one.
