First of all Vampire makes a useless topic blaming the whole staff while showing proof against one admin and even that proof proved that Signal did know the rules. I agree with you I dunno why they suddenly started talking about EK. Anyways from Signal reply I didn't tell him he was ruining or I knocked him down and he used animations then he said there is no rule about it after he checked the rules he entered the prop and warned the player after that I asked Dark Abdo the same question and he said that players can't use animations while dueling [I didn't tell him he was running or knocked down by me either]
