Make a board of Moderator Application if a player want to be a moderator than he will apply for there if a player is perfect for Moderator not for admin than he can apply there using the format if he catch rule breaker than he report or warn him in game its for those who have Some experience      Plz accept this nice sugeestion

We can't give out access to people we don't trust. That's why we have an application process. You may post an admin application if you want to, but it is hard to get in at the moment.

Its only for lower experience for admin a player must have high experience and for moderator a players want some experience so make the borad of it
