Honey you have enough yes votes. There is no vote on the forum against your apply and no one I asked on the server said no. You also passed an admin test, so I think I will give you a chance at level 3. Keep doing a good job and you will be promoted. Don't ask for a promotion too quick, wait for the right moment.
