I have seen this person abusing Aries, me, and the server
After several warns he didn't listen
After 1 kick he still didn't stop
And thats why I told Hannibale to report this guy

This guy will most likely not show up again. But if he does just report him again and I will ban him. Right now he will receive a warning or a ban if I see him in-game doing the same thing. Thanks for reporting it.
