Date and time of Rulebreaking: Half an hour ago.
What did he do? Describe please: https://vkserver.forumotion.com/t6755-denied-report-maze
You guys can see in previous app what he had done. I was about to post others logs and app was denied and locked. So here I am with full logs that event was announced by Sharabi. So what to do now?
He may be was not event staff but the guy who announced that event was the member of event staff.

There is no rule stating that a normal player cannot host an event, but you people should be very careful before participating the event since the host is not an official event staff therefore the mistake is yours, so MAZE is not a rule breaker here ( as whose name you have written in the format) but you could have started this convo with Sharabi since he was involved in the event or just because he was the one who announced for the so called unofficial event.
Please note that event staffs are not allowed to announce as per a normal player's request to host their unofficial events or it will end up like this.

you have to be clear what you wanna report. if sharabi was involved in the event, he is allowed to announce it for maze. report denied. if that wasnt the case you have to mention that in your next report.
