Hi, guys its me Goku again. I am actually really in need of your help... I had downloaded my gta vc and vcmp again, but as i was afraid of The same problem could not start process (5)( occurs... please guys I even tried the methods given in my previous post but none seem to help... Please I beg for your help.

Try compatibility mode Windows 98.

Make sure you have Visual C++ 2013 redistributable (Click on it for download link).

Instead of double clicking on the server try right click and connect.

Mason, I tried all of these solutions and also have Visual C++ 2013 but this shit still ain't working

One last solution, Press Windows+R (Run), type %appdata% go to VCMP folder and delete 04beta folder.

OMG , the problem is injecting DLL in the main game
1- Check if you made GTA VC directory correct in the Settings
2- Re install windows or try another one
post here some properties about you vcmp like app data file and so to see what is your problem
