Army: There should be an army which has a head of army (me!), 2  pre-heads of army and rest soldiers. There should also be a command /c ra /rank /message
<details>The army players should be able to talk to each other and no other players can hear them. The ranks will be 1, 2 and 3. Rank 1 message will be sent with blue color, rank 2 with yellow color and rank 3 with green color.</details>
Car rent: Players could rent a car using the comment /c rent /playername-id /vehicleid /dailycashrent and they will recieve a message.
<details>When players own a car, they could rent it to someone using the command. They will be asked a message whether to accept or not and for how long. Then they could use the car commands (!buycar, !sellcar, etc)</details>

Most of you don't even understand the real sense of the word roleplay, but whatever this is a good suggestion, although there is no roleplay at all in it.

Roleplay means playing with a role. This suggestion is an RLRP (Real life roleplay)

I can state many reasons to why I can't accept this some of them are:
- We already got enough of these type of organisations like the VCPD, FBI and the president.
- The army is occupied.
- I see no use for an army.

Suggestion denied. But thanks for taking your time to suggest it.
