But Danniel's post helps players who doesn't have vice city installed infact, we need vice city to play vice city multiplayer. This helps vks server to get more popularity/fame. But about fraps you can buy it from thier website to support the respected developers. Since rockstar games are not interested in locking up the whole piracy of thier games. I hope you will understand.
Also it's the staff duty to delete the topic that are breaking the topic rules. eg: piracy is not allowed - as it says in the rules.

There are no detailed forum rules. The forum is controlled by me and I make these type of decisions. Mason only follows my lead. Back in 2016 I didn't see that topic so I didn't react. But when someone this year posted a link to pirated games, I saw it, removed the links and told everyone that piracy is not allowed here.
We do not support piracy or anything else that's illegal, we will react to Everything we see and that gets reported. I do not see Everything and I recommend that people Contact me directly if there are any problems with the forum that needs my attention.
