[Implemented] A new pickup suggestion.

I've seen many good pickup commands, why isn't there a command for pickup to set player skin? (e.g: /addskinpickup [skinid]). You can restrict some skins if you want though, angel.

Been planning to add that for patch 3.6. A lot of property updates has been made, but not this one yet. Hopefully it will be added this patch or in the future.
