[Noted] Passports and driving licenses

Hello, folks! Today I came to suggest that we may grant passports and driving licenses to new players.

Passports attest that you're a certified member of United States of VKs and you're a full citizen. (so after you get it you may buy a house/business)

Driving licenses attest that you're a certified driver within the United States of VKs. (so after you get it you may buy a car)

These aren't required for current owners of houses or cars, but in order to get more cars/houses, they would require these acts.

Passports and driving licenses are granted by giving some tests.

Passports' test shall include general information of USV, such as who is the President (Silence), Owner (Angel)... general server rules and what kind of server it is (DM, RP or DM and RP)

Driving licenses shall include general driving tehniques, such as speed limits, parking rules, phone rules.

The associations are:
- CGA (Citizenship Granting Association)
- USVDS (United States of VKs Driving School)

If you, Angel, accept this, I'll organize the HQs, how you take these tests etc.
I just need your approvement

What a ridiculous set of rules for a game that only takes place in Miami, Florida...

Like when an officer pulls over a citizen and checks the documents will these documents be used??

I think so. A command like /c registration shows if a civilian has got these or not.

It just songs weird, I'd rather use "Driving School of the Unites States of VKs" but I like the idea

I have just said. If they don't have a car/property, they must anyway get it to be a legal citizen. If they do, they need it for more cars/properties.

Got a question about the passports. Do you mean that someone with a passport is a certified roleplay player and is expected to follow some or all of the roleplay rules (But can still of course DM as long as they don't break the roleplaying rules)

and that someone without a passport is just a random player (probably DM player) ?

answer this question (I guess it is one question but whatever) and I will decide if this suggestion should be noted or denied.

Luca I have a question

If someone doesn't have a driver license they are not allowed to buy cars right?
Also will they be able to drive any car they find on the street without a driver license?

Also I had a suggestion that all passports have an ID number
And when they are applying for VCPD, FBI, Government then they will have to put that ID number so you can see if they are a valid citizens

How about a cmd that the player being stopped by an officer can use like
/c givepassport [name or id of officer] and this will give the officer full details of that player, but how will we (officers) know to arrest which player because not all will have passports and driving licenses and all will not participate in RolePlay

I think this whole suggestion is really good
