You are right, but at least if he paused  at that moment, he can die (During 5-6 seconds) but Carlos shot him and he falls but didn`t lose any health...

But... There is a bug of VCMP, when you hit some players they lost his health but on your screen seem like they don`t. It happens to me many times.
