What did he do? Describe please: Pro wall glitching near station.

The only thing i can say is "He was doing the same before me" but at that moment, i used that loc trying to looked for him (Because he was hide too, and he had mods on his gta, i mean No palms mod.txd) and when i did /distance he was close to me, but never teleport to me or that loc...
I don`t have proof to say he was there before me. Anyways, if i need to be punish it, i will accept my mistakes

1) How do you know he has no palm mod or anything, are you certain?
2) If you went there to look for him why did you shoot duke from that loc?
