Hi all, My Real Name Is Quan
I Like Play Vice City, Because I have a lot of friends, good teammates in the game e.e.
I'm A Singer Of School xD.

What do you have to do as an admin:
Respect the players by their words.
If the players need help, I will help the players.
I will always watch the bad performances of the players.
And will always receive players' information when other players are using the game's third software to sabotage other players.

Why are you interested in becoming an admin:
Server quite a few online administrators, And I often see a lot of players using bugs, hacks, I always want to ban them, but can not be, I think I can become admins to stop bad actions, I think I can become admins to stop such behavior e.e.

What qualifies you for the position of an admin:
I have quite a lot of time on Saturday and Sunday, I can online 14 / 24h on a day, the remaining days I can online from 4 -> 6 hours.
I understand very well the rules of the server.

Do you have any experience with being an admin (if yes, where, when, how):

I have experienced admin in BK Vietnam server from 0.3 to 0.4.

Where do you see yourself in 2 months with this server:
In server, I see pretty good in terms of player, server balance, I will always assist the players in every possible case in English, other languages I may be poor, but I will try to help them.

You might want to ask for forgiveness first. You are FPV banned because you used the Turbo glitch after patch 3.5.3. This is of course only recommended, but you can't you Count on getting anything more than a no from me, if you don't.

I liked your app, it look good.
I think it would be a good addition to the staff to have you as admin Your lenguage is helpful, you know many bugs, and others things, thats helpful for us.

But as i told you to stay active on forums and you cant do that, what i want is you be more active, i mean spam the forum, want see you in discussions, etc, no just when a player call you e_e.

If you cant only do that, i guess you wont be a good admin.
