Don't worry, I have no trouble in moving it Razz. About your problem: I can only say what everyone else says: Re-install the game, re-install VC-MP and make sure you select the right directory for vice city.

You need to install the full game (at least I am pretty sure you need to). If you're talking about installing the full version of windows, then i don't know, but try it.
