Hey guys it's viper I'm thinking to leave vks but I'm also thinking to improve behaviour and stay here what shall I do?

What exactly happened viper? I wasn't aware of any bad behavior from you until I saw one message you posted about "our staff being a bunch of kids", which might be true for some cases but not for all.

Everytime you say that you will change you just improve for 1-2 weeks then you become worst than first but i hope you change your behaviour and stay.

It's pretty easy viper. We accept people that gets more yes votes than no votes. We have the management team as 50 % of the votes as an attempt to not accept too many noobs. But unfortunately the admins votes 8 or 9 yes votes and 4 no votes for laham, while the management team voted 8 no votes and 4 yes votes. It was pretty tied. FOr the record Laham won't be accepted into the staff unless he passes the admin test.

Your choice actually. If you like other servers more than this or if your clan doesn't play here, you better pick up another server. That'd be better since your clan mates would be able to help you.
And, again, if you like VKs and/or someone in it, improve yourself. We're not banning you. You're free to play, you don't even need to "improve" yourself. As long as you abide by the rules, your behavior won't bother us.
